1. Share the link you want to keep
Open the post or Reel in Instagram. Use its sharing options to send the link to Miora through the iPhone share sheet. If Miora is not shown there, copy the link and paste it into Miora. Share a post you want to use, rather than moving everything you have ever saved.
2. Review what Miora could analyze
Miora keeps the source and processes the available content. Review its title and suggested category, especially when the post contains several topics. A private, removed or restricted source may provide less information. A partial result is a reason to check the source, not proof that every detail was extracted.
3. Find the item by a detail you remember
Use text search for a word present in the available title or processed text, then narrow the results with categories and filters. Open the original source when you need to verify a detail. The same library can contain a selected Instagram post, a related web article and a screenshot you added separately.
For example, you could keep a pasta Reel beside a technique article and a shopping note. Ingredients or cooking times are useful only when the source supplies them; do not treat a missing detail as a confirmed instruction.
How to create a Collection for saved posts
Instagram’s interface can vary by device and app version, but its help flow starts in the Saved area of your profile. Use the controls shown in your current app if a label looks different.

Create Review this week for posts that need a decision, then empty it regularly. A permanent Maybe folder becomes another unsorted feed.
Work in small batches
Review one Collection or a short group of posts at a time. Unsave expired offers, outdated instructions and references that no longer support a goal. Removing a save clears your private Saved area; it does not delete the creator’s original post.
When Instagram Collections are not enough
Collections organize content inside Instagram. They do not solve the moment when one project also includes a YouTube tutorial, a TikTok video, an article, a note and a screenshot. You still have to remember which platform contains the detail you need.

Try three links before reorganizing your archive
