Miora terms of use

Account and content

Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Submit content you have the right to save and process. You retain your rights in that content and authorise processing solely to provide the functions you request and to operate and protect the service. Do not use Miora for unlawful content, rights infringement, impersonation, bypassing security or quotas, or accessing someone else's information without permission.

Link retrieval depends on the source site, its permissions and availability. Sharing a link does not guarantee that its content can be downloaded, processed or retained. Available features and limits appear in the app.

AI

Automated answers, summaries and classifications can contain mistakes or omissions. Check important information against its source. Miora does not provide professional medical, legal or financial advice. AI is essential to Miora’s main features. After Terms acceptance, we separately request permission to send necessary content, text, images or audio, queries, and context to OpenAI for analysis, transcription, search, and chat. Requests submitted through Contact support are not analysed with AI. If you decline or withdraw that permission in Privacy, main features and new saves or processing are blocked. You may view and delete existing data and access privacy, support, and account deletion. That choice does not automatically delete data. Usage quotas do not guarantee a correct answer or continuous availability.

Subscriptions and trials

Miora subscriptions are not available yet. This version does not offer subscription purchases or restoration. If subscriptions become available later, their terms and price will be presented before any purchase.

Availability and closure

Usage limits and security controls apply. An interruption or dependency may temporarily prevent a feature. You may delete content and request account deletion in the app. Deletion may remain pending if a provider fails; it is not reported complete until confirmed. We may restrict access where needed to prevent prohibited use or protect the service, respecting applicable rights.

These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or limit liabilities that law does not permit limiting. Material changes will be communicated and, where required, we will request new express acceptance before continued access to main features. If you decline a required legal version, data, account, privacy, and support options remain available. Sign-in, use of earlier versions, and AI permission do not imply Terms acceptance.
