Website and guide issues
If you found a broken link, an image that does not load, a content error, or an accessibility problem, include the exact URL and a short description of what you expected to see. It also helps to name the device and browser and attach a screenshot after removing personal information. This context makes the issue easier to reproduce. Do not send passwords, access codes, or private files.
Privacy and your data
To request access, correction, cancellation, or deletion of personal data, write from an address that can reasonably help verify the request and explain the action you need. Do not include an identity document in the first message. We may ask for additional information only when it is needed to prevent someone else from acting on your data. The privacy notice describes collected data, service providers, and retention periods.
Research, survey, and waitlist
The survey and waitlist are separate instruments. You may answer the survey without providing contact details, or register only your email address for updates. Sending a message to this address does not automatically add you to either one. If you want to share a product need, describe the problem and the situation in which it occurs. A suggestion is treated as evidence to evaluate, not as a promised feature.
Editorial proposals and general questions
To suggest a correction or source for a guide, identify the page and link to the original source. You may also write about a potential editorial collaboration or a general question, explaining who you are and why you are contacting Miora. Miora does not publish a phone number, business address, or guaranteed response time. The only official contact email is the address shown on this page and in the privacy notice.
