Privacy at Miora
This notice explains how the Miora project handles survey and waitlist data while the product is in development.

Controller and contact
The data controller is Nicolás Costa, acting as a natural person domiciled in Peru and developing the Miora project. For questions or to exercise your rights, email hola@mioraapp.com.
What we collect
The survey collects answers about habits and needs, plus language and visit source. It does not ask for email or phone. The waitlist collects your email, consent, language, and visit source.
Why we use it
We use survey responses to research the problem and prioritize the product. We use waitlist email only for Miora updates and potential early-access opportunities.
Analytics, cookies, and recordings
Only if you accept analytics do we load Microsoft Clarity and, once configured, Google Analytics 4. These tools may use cookies or identifiers to measure visits and interactions. Clarity may create heatmaps and session replays; form fields remain masked. We do not use these tools for personalized advertising. You can decline or withdraw permission through the Privacy button.
Consent and choice
Waitlist signup and optional analytics rely on your consent. You can answer the survey without signing up and browse without accepting analytics. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
Storage, email, and providers
Forms are hosted on infrastructure operated with Cloudflare. We may use Resend to send communications. If you accept analytics, Microsoft and Google may receive technical and usage data. These providers may process data outside Peru under their terms and safeguards.
Retention
We retain survey and waitlist records while needed to validate and launch Miora, for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Analytics information is retained according to the periods configured with each provider. It is then deleted or anonymized unless a different legal obligation applies.
Your rights
You may request information, access, correction, cancellation or deletion, and objection to processing. You may also withdraw consent and stop communications. Email hola@mioraapp.com; we may request reasonable information to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Security and changes
We use validation, origin controls, bot verification, and form limits to reduce misuse. No system is infallible. If this notice changes materially, we will update this page and its date.
